Rich
Hall - Director
This
is Rich's 10th directorial opportunity here at the Grand Opera
House. Most recently Rich directed Nuncrackers, The Amorous
Ambassador, and last summer's production of Grease. Rich has
also appeared in over 16 Grand Opera House productions on
the stage. His most favorite roles have been The Silent King
Sextimus in Once Upon A Mattress, Rick Steadman in The Nerd,
Melvin P. Thorpe in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, and
Max in Lend Me A Tenor. By day Rich is the theater manager
here at the Grand Opera House. Rich also owns and operates
Ricky Rox Mobile Disc Jockey Service. Rich loves sharing the
theater with his family. His son Cameron plays Charles Bates
in the kids' chorus, Jeremy (who played Eugene in Grease last
summer) is on the stage crew, and wife Marel is helping with
props. Rich was recently inducted into the Grand Opera House
Hall of Fame.
Rich has
been spending long hours at the Grand getting everyone, old
and young alike, ready for the opening of the show. He oversees
all aspects of show production and coordinates the many people
contributing to the show.

Holly
Richey - Assistant Director
Holly
is taking her first try as an assistant director after being
an avid actor on the Grand's stage. Holly was seen in last year's
summer production of Grease as Sandy. Holly is currently a junior
at University of Northern Iowa. She is a double major in theatre
performance and theatre education. At UNI she has been in many
shows, including: Angels in America, Tale of the Red Dragon,
and Hair. Holly has had a great time being behind the scenes
for Oliver! Holly is joined in this show by her dad, Ron, who
is lighting up the stage. |
