It is YOUR responsibility to assure you have ordered tickets for the CORRECT DATE.
No theaters give refunds for tickets incorrectly purchased by patrons in person, on-line or by telephone.
Our Box office attendant will ALWAYS read back your ticket information before concluding the sale.
When purchasing tickets on-line you may order for more than one production and avoid additional service charges for each show. The convenience fee will be added only once.
Absolutely NO INFANTS or children under 2 years of age will be admitted to the auditorium.
$12 tickets must be purchased for all children aged 2 and over. If a child creates a disturbance you will be asked to leave the auditorium out of courtesy to the performers and other theater patrons.
Seating begins 1/2 hour before showtime. Our shows start on time. If you arrive after the show has begun you will be seated in the rear of the auditorium until intermission if seats are avalable. If not you will have to stand in the lobby until a break in the performance.
The Grand is certified as Handicap Accessible.
HEARING ASSISTANCE: If you need a hearing assistance device they are available free of charge courtesy of SERTOMA CLUB OF DUBUQUE. They are easy to use and provide excellent sound. After ticketing go to the House Managers station on the right side of the inner lobby and request a device. You will be asked to leave your drivers license as security for the safe return at the conclusion of the program.
We have 8 handicap accessible seats on the main loor with companion seating.
At this time the balcony is not handicap accessible. It is tiered and there are no handrails on the steps. If you have trouble negotiating steps without a railing we suggest main floor seating only.
There is a Handicap Accessible restroom on the main floor next to the concession stand as well as handicap stalls in the Mens and Womens restrooms on the lower level.
The main box office door can be opened with a handicap push control during all theater performances.
Ushers or other theater personnel are happy to assist anyone needing extra assistance.
Sometimes new patrons ask What should I wear? Theater is fun and historically had been a great time to dress up, however, we encourage our patrons to relax and enjoy the show in comfort. While some patrons wear fancy dresses or business suits, others may wear a sport jacket or nice pants outfit/dress. And there are many patrons who choose to wear a clean pair of jeans or nice shorts and a polo style shirt. Absolutely any of these wardrobe choices are perfect!
