IF YOU NEED TO BUY TICKETS PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES BEFORE CURTAIN. SHOWS WILL START ON TIME. IF YOU ARRIVE LATE YOU WILL BE SEATED IN THE REAR OF THE AUDITORIUM UNTIL INTERMISSION. We encourage you to either pick up your tickets in advance or pay the extra $1.00 to have them mailed. No theaters give refunds for tickets incorrectly purchased by patrons in person, on-line or by telephone. Our Box office attendant will ALWAYS read back your ticket information before concluding the sale. When purchasing tickets on-line you may order for more than one production and avoid additional service charges for each show. The convenience fee will be added only once. Tickets held at WILL CALL should be picked up at least 10 minutes before curtain time. Please note that the balcony is tiered and there are no handrails on the steps. If you have trouble negotiating steps without a railing we suggest main floor seating only. Absolutely NO INFANTS or children under 2 years of age will be admitted under any circumstance. $12 tickets must be purchased for all children aged 2 and over. If the children create a disturbance you will be asked to leave the auditorium. |

Ballets and non-musical plays
$18 adults - $12 under 21
A legal ID must be shown for each 21 and under ticket sold
Prices on touring shows or events not produced by the Grand will vary and are listed on the on-line ticketing system
Group rates are available for 20 or more. Contact the box office for details.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds are given. There will be a $2.00 per ticket charge for exchange to seats for another performance of the same show.
Reservation Policy: All major credit cards accepted. No tickets will be held without payment. Some fees apply to on-line ticket sales.
Grand RUSH tickets - At 3pm on performance dates a limited number of "best seat available" tickets for under 21 patrons will be announced via social media inluding Facebook, Twitter and Dubuque 365. They will be available from 6pm to showtime in person at the box office for $10 cash only. All seats are reserved but Grand Rush patrons will not have a choice of seat location. A photo ID must be shown for each seat purchased.
Grand Rush tickets will also be available for Sunday matinees with notice posted before 12noon and sold from 1pm to showtime.
